Shallow Mounting Depth with Hard-Hitting Bass Makes KICKER® CompVT™ Subwoofer One of a Kind |
|

STILLWATER, USA – KICKER® introduced a true high-performance subwoofer with a reduced mounting depth a few years back, and it was met with immediate success. Who wouldn’t want a subwoofer that pounds insanely from the slimmest locations? The next generation of KICKER CompVT™ Subwoofer slides into door panels and other tight fits in 2010. Precise KICKER engineering allows the CompVT to pound with limited space. A special four-layer voice coil provides the CompVT the ability to work with serious amounts of power without the bulk. The woofer’s stiff, injection-molded, modified-spoke cone is shaped to provide maximum excursion from a slender basket, allowing the ideal amount of flex for better strength and durability. Space-saving features make for woofers with amazing mounting depths of less than 4-1/2 inches! |

With average speeds of 250 km/h and top speeds of 340km/h, Monza is one of the quickest circuits on the Formula One calendar, as well as one of the oldest. Also home to the Tifosi, the track isn't short on atmosphere either. The drivers and team members explain why they love Monza and discuss their prospects for the Italian Grand Prix

Italy Preview - Monza make or break for Ferrari?
Monza, that wonderful cathedral of sport, could be the turning point of the world championship fight this weekend.
Its long straights and the need for minimal downforce may militate against Red Bull, while Ferrari, fresh from no further penalties in their team orders hearing at the World Motor Sport Council meeting in Paris on Wednesday, will decide their strategy for the rest of the season based on their performance here on their home ground...

Renault on how to master Monza
Monza presents a unique challenge for a Formula One car. It's known as the 'Temple of Speed' for the simple reason that it's by far the quickest track of the year. It's so extreme that all teams have to develop bespoke aero packages to make their cars slippery enough to be competitive over the 5.8-kilometre lap. The old Hockenheim used to present a similar challenge, but today Monza stands alone as the only track on the calendar where the cars race flat out at speeds approaching 340 km/h. Renault explain how they plan to master the Italian circuit...

Hockenheim stewards fined Ferrari US$100,000 for imposing team orders and bringing the sport into disrepute after Felipe Massa moved aside to let team mate Fernando Alonso win the race.

Stricter team and driver licensing rules proposed
The FIA's World Motor Sport Council has announced two proposals it hopes to introduce in order to better maintain the reputation of the sport and the integrity of its competitors. It plans to submit both proposals to the FIA's General Assembly for consideration.
One suggestion will see the introduction of a 'competitor's staff' licence to ensure team members comply with standards of 'good standing'...
